Honda DOHC/ GL1000/ 1100 Carburetors

Complete disassembly of the carburetor bank, Hot tank all aluminum parts, polish slide bores, slides, fuel inlet seats choke shafts, and throttle shafts, Thorough cleaning and inspection of all, but not limited to: main jets, pilot jets, secondary jets, accelerator pump and joining tubes, o-rings, emulsification tubes, slide needles. oil throttle shafts. Reassembly and bench sync. (labor only, any special jobs over normal, may require additional labor)

Rebuild Kit Required

I use ONLY products by Randakks.com for the Keihn Honda Carburetors used on Classic Goldwing motorcycles, and all 1979-1983 Honda DOHC and CB models. We use these kits and they are the best we have used. Made of Viton they resist the highly corrosive ethanol in modern fuels. A comprehensive kit that I do not stock and will order per job.

You will need to remove,and drain the carburetors from your bike and Ship them to us for service. Call or email for pricing.
